Tumbling tots: 2-4yrs

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 13h30-14h00

Saturday at 08h30-09h00

Gummi bears: 5-6yrs

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 14h00-14h45

Saturday at 09h00-09h45

Beginners: 7yrs+

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 15h00-16h00

Saturday at 09h45-10h45

Parkour:

3 -5 years  (Monday,Friday) 13:15 – 14:00

6-12 years (Monday 15:00 -16:00 ,Friday 14:30 – 15:30,Saturday 10:45 – 11:45)

We offer Half Day activities from 8am-1pm with a whole new program facilitated by our qualified staff in a fun filled and safe environment at our venue @ Hill Park Lane in Mowbray. Activities include rope skipping, speed stacking, gymnastics, obstacle courses, Parkour and much more!
Appropriate age group: 5-13 Years
Venue: Gordons Gymnastics Club , 9 Hill Park Lane, Mowbray
Cost : R200.00 per day(Booking is Essential)

CAPE TOWN GYMNASTICS DISTRICT TRIALS LEVEL 1-3 2021

A very big well done to our GORDONS GYMNASTICS gymnasts that participated in the on the 7-9 May 2021. The athletes did very well and we are very proud of them, their next stop will be the WESTERN CAPE CHAMPIONSHIP held at MULTI PURPOSE CENTER in SALDANHA ON 26 -29 AUG 2021

Parkour, also known as free running. The obstacles require extreme focus and a can-do attitude, and heavily utilize physical abilities such as running, jumping, swinging, rolling and even climbing. It is a fun and                         exciting way to exercise and anyone can enjoy it.
