Tumbling tots: 2-4yrs

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 13h30-14h00

Saturday at 08h30-09h00

Gummi bears: 5-6yrs

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 14h00-14h45

Saturday at 09h00-09h45

Beginners: 7yrs+

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 15h00-16h00

Saturday at 09h45-10h45


3 -5 years  (Monday,Friday) 13:15 – 14:00

6-12 years (Monday 15:00 -16:00 ,Friday 14:30 – 15:30,Saturday 10:45 – 11:45)

Parkour, also known as free running. The obstacles require extreme focus and a can-do attitude, and heavily utilize physical abilities such as running, jumping, swinging, rolling and even climbing. It is a fun and                         exciting way to exercise and anyone can enjoy it.
